Dinner simplified! Purchased pizza crust and roasted chicken breast come together for a quick, delicious meal.

1 | (12 inch) purchased pizza crust | |
⅓ c. | Hy-Vee barbecue sauce | |
1 ½ c. | Hy-Vee shredded Italian blend cheese | |
2 | (6 oz each) pkg Tyson Grilled and Ready oven roasted diced chicken breast | |
½ | small red onion, thinly sliced into rounds | |
1 | avocado, seeded, peeled and thinly sliced | |
Fresh cilantro, for garnish |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Spread crust with barbecue sauce. Top with cheese, chicken and red onion.
- Bake until cheese is melted and the crust is golden, 8 to 10 minutes. Top with avocado and cilantro before serving.
