Easy BBQ Chicken Pizza
Dinner simplified! Purchased pizza crust and roasted chicken breast come together for a quick, delicious meal.
Servings and Ingredients
|1||(12 inch) purchased pizza crust|
|⅓ c.||Hy-Vee barbecue sauce|
|1 ½ c.||Hy-Vee shredded Italian blend cheese|
|2||(6 oz each) pkg Tyson Grilled and Ready oven roasted diced chicken breast|
|½||small red onion, thinly sliced into rounds|
|1||avocado, seeded, peeled and thinly sliced|
|Fresh cilantro, for garnish|
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Spread crust with barbecue sauce. Top with cheese, chicken and red onion.
- Bake until cheese is melted and the crust is golden, 8 to 10 minutes. Top with avocado and cilantro before serving.
