8 c. Boomchickapop sea salt popcorn
Hy-Vee 100% natural olive oil spray
2 tbsp. fresh lemon zest
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dill weed, optional


  1. Divide popcorn between 2 rimmed baking sheets. Spray lightly and evenly with olive oil spray.
  2. Toss popcorn with lemon zest, Parmesan and dill. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve or transfer to a zip-top bag and store in the refrigerator until serving.
