Dilly Lemon Munch
Servings and Ingredients
|8 c. Boomchickapop sea salt popcorn|
|Hy-Vee 100% natural olive oil spray|
|2 tbsp. fresh lemon zest|
|3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese|
|1 tsp. dill weed, optional|
- Divide popcorn between 2 rimmed baking sheets. Spray lightly and evenly with olive oil spray.
- Toss popcorn with lemon zest, Parmesan and dill. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve or transfer to a zip-top bag and store in the refrigerator until serving.
