2 c.oats
1 c.honey
1 c.milled flaxseed
1 c.rich cocoa flavor CardioWhey Protein Powder
1 c.almond butter
1 c.semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Spray a 9-by-13-inch pan with PAM cooking spray.
  2. Combine oats, honey, milled flaxseed, protein powder, almond butter and chocolate chips together in a large bowl. Mix with electric mixer until all ingredients are mixed well. Press mixture into the prepared pan.
  3. Bars will remain soft and slightly gooey. Refrigerate if desired.
