| 1 c. cold water | ||
| 1 ½ c. sugar | ||
| ¼ tsp. salt | ||
| 1 tsp. vanilla | ||
| ¾ c. salad dressing | ||
| 1 egg |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9-by-13-inch baking pan, or 24 to 30 cupcake holders.
- Beat together flour, cocoa, baking powder, water, sugar, salt, vanilla, salad dressing and egg. Pour into prepare pan or muffin cups.
- Bake for 25 minutes for cake or 15 minutes for cupcakes.
