Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13-by-9-inch baking pan; set aside.
- Beat together margarine and sugar until well combined. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir together milk, salt and vanilla and stream into bowl while mixer is running. Fold in bananas, flour and baking soda. Spread in prepared pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
