    ½ c.margarine, softened
    1 ½ c.sugar
    2eggs
    1 c.milk
    1 tsp.salt
    2 tsp.vanilla
    3bananas, mashed
    2 c.flour
    1 tsp.baking soda

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13-by-9-inch baking pan; set aside.
    2. Beat together margarine and sugar until well combined. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir together milk, salt and vanilla and stream into bowl while mixer is running. Fold in bananas, flour and baking soda. Spread in prepared pan.
    3. Bake for 30 minutes or a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
