    These flakey puffs have a spicy, savory, and cream cheesy filling with a generous helping of crab in each bite.

    1 Hy-Vee large egg
    3 oz. Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    ½ tsp. hot pepper sauce
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground mustard
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste
    6 oz. cooked fresh crab meat
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 sheet puff pastry dough, thawed according to package directions

      1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
      2. In a small bowl, whisk egg; set aside. In mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, garlic powder, ground mustard, salt and pepper. Stir in crab meat and green onions.
      3. Unroll puff pastry and roll into 12-inch square. Cut into 16 squares. Top each square with about 1 tablespoon crab mixture. Fold opposite corners towards center, pinching in center slightly.
      4. Brush with prepared egg and place on prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until light golden.
