    2 (8-oz. each) Fish Market flake style imitation crab meat, chopped (about 2-3/4 c.); divided
    1 (6.5-oz.) container garlic & herbs soft spreadable cheese, softened
    1 (8-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee Kitchen Asian plain wonton chips
    1 ¼ c. Hy-Vee shredded pepper Jack cheese, divided
    ¼ c. Culinary Tours sweet Thai chili sauce
    ¼ c. green onions, sliced

    Things To Grab

    • 13x9-inch rimmed baking pan
    • Parchment paper
    • Large bowl

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a 13x9-inch rimmed baking pan with parchment paper; set aside. Stir together 2 cups imitation crab and spreadable cheese until combined. 

    2. To assemble, spread wonton chips in prepared pan. Layer crab mixture, 1 cup pepper Jack cheese, remaining 3/4 cup imitation crab, and remaining 1/4 cup pepper Jack cheese. 

    3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Drizzle with Thai chili sauce and sprinkle with green onions.
