    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 ½ tbsp. fresh chopped basil
    1 tsp. orange zest
    4 (6 oz each) halibut steaks
    Juice of 1 orange
    Sea salt to taste

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. Stir together garlic, basil and orange zest.
    3. Place halibut steaks in a greased baking dish. Pour orange juice over steaks, then spread each evenly with basil mixture.
    4. Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Season with sea salt to taste.
