    3 c. cooked chicken or turkey, chopped
    2 c. rice, cooked in broth
    1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. salad dressing
    1 ½ c. chopped celery
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 (8 oz) can sliced water chestnuts
    2 tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    cornflakes or potato chips, crushed

    Directions

    1. Combine chicken (or turkey), cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, salad dressing, celery, hard-boiled eggs, water chestnuts, lemon juice and salt.
    2. Place in 9-by-13-inch pan. Top with crushed cornflakes or potato chips.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
