|1 can(s)||beef broth|
|1||(15 oz) can tomato sauce|
|2 c.||chopped peeled carrots|
|2 c.||chopped celery|
|1 c.||chopped onion|
|2 c.||chopped peeled potatoes|
- Mix turkey and beef broth together. Form into 16 meatballs.
- Mix tapioca, tomato sauce and water together. Combine with carrots, celery, onion and potatoes in 9-by-13-inch casserole dish.
- Place meatballs on top. Cover dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake covered at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until vegetables are done.
