    ¼ c. light mayonnaise
    ½ tsp. lemon juice
    ½ tsp. dried tarragon
    ½ tsp. dried thyme
    ¼ tsp. dill weed
    salt and pepper, to taste
    8 slice(s) Hy-Vee Bakery whole-grain sandwich bread
    12 oz. thin slices Di Lusso deli turkey
    1 c. thinly sliced red apple
    1 bunch(es) watercress or arugula


    1. In small bowl combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, tarragon, thyme and dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    2. Spread half the mayonnaise mixture evenly over 4 slices of the bread. Top with turkey, apple and watercress.
    3. Spread remaining bread slices with remaining mayonnaise and place on top of watercress.
