Grilled Apple Cheddar Turkey Sandwich
Servings and Ingredients
|2||slices low-sodium sprouted grain bread|
|2 oz.||Di Lusso reduced-sodium thin-sliced turkey|
|½||small Braeburn apple, thinly sliced|
|1||slice reduced-fat sharp cheddar or white cheddar cheese|
- Preheat counter top grill.
- On one slice of bread, layer turkey, apple slices and cheese. Top with second piece of bread.
- Cook on grill 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
- Remove from grill and cut sandwich in half before serving.
