Peanut Butter and Turkey Sandwich
Servings and Ingredients
|8 slice(s) Hy-Vee whole wheat bread|
|½ c. Peter Pan peanut butter|
|1 ½ tbsp. honey|
|¼ c. raisins|
|1 whole Gala or Red Delicious apple, sliced|
|½ lbs. Butterball extra-thin sliced oven roasted turkey breast|
- Spread each of 4 bread slices with 2 tablespoons peanut butter. Drizzle honey evenly over peanut butter. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon raisins. Top each with apple, turkey and second slice of bread.
- Cut each diagonally in half. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
