    32 egg roll wrappers, 7x7-inches or 6x6-inches
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee pizza sauce, plus additional for serving
    1 c. Hy-Vee sliced pepperoni, chopped
    1 c. ground Italian sausage, cooked
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese
    Hy-Vee crushed red pepper flakes, if desired
    Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

    • Small bowl
    • Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray

    Directions

    1. Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees according to manufacturer's instructions. Place an egg roll on a clean work surface. Fill a small bowl with water; set aside. 

    2. Spread pizza sauce over egg roll wrapper within 1/4-inch of edge. Top with equal parts pepperoni, sausage, and mozzarella cheese. If desired, sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes. Dip finger in water and moisten edge of egg roll wrapper. Wrap tightly making sure all edges are sealed. 

    3. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Place an even layer or wrapped pizza rolls in air fryer. Air-fry 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from air fryer and repeat with remaining pizza rolls. Serve hot sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese and additional pizza sauce, if desired.
