Directions
Place 1/3 of cream cheese mixture into a medium bowl. Add sausage and pepperoni to remaining 2/3 cream cheese mixture. Form the sausage and pepperoni cream cheese mixture into a sphere, place on a serving platter. Using your hand, make a line through the center of the sphere to make the shape of a brain. Place serving platter into refrigerator to chill for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, add pink food coloring to the remaining 1/3 cream cheese mixture. Place into a large piping bag fitted with a large round piping tip.
Remove platter from refrigerator. Pipe pink cream cheese mixture around the sphere to make it look like a brain. Chill.
Serve cheese ball with crackers and assortment of fresh vegetables.
