Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
For a filling appetizer, serve these warm rolls, topped with a basil pasta sauce and covered in melted mozzarella.

|2 tbsp.||Gustare Vita olive oil|
|1||small onion, finely chopped|
|3||garlic cloves, finely chopped|
|1 ¼ c.||Hy-Vee traditional pasta sauce|
|8||fresh basil leaves, finely chopped|
|6||Hy-Vee garlic knot rolls|
|1||(8-oz.) pkg Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese|

Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until softened and onions are beginning to brown. Stir in pasta sauce and basil. Simmer over low to medium-low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove garlic knot rolls from package and place on a baking sheet. Top with pasta sauce, reserving some sauce for dipping. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately and serve remaining pasta sauce for dipping.
