Directions
In a large bowl, mix together stuffing mix, apple juice, and chopped Honeycrisp apple. Spoon stuffing into pork chops. Fold one side of pork chops over the stuffing and tie with 100-percent cotton kitchen twine or secure with toothpicks.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until pork chops are golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Remove from oven and discard kitchen twine and/or toothpicks.
