    1. Make Steamed Bao Bun dough according to recipe directions.

    2. Roll dough into 1/2-inch thick. Us a 2-1/2-inch round biscuit cutter to cut the dough into circles.

    3. Roll each cutout once to flatten into ovals. Fold to form into a taco-like shape. Place on flattened muffin cup paper liners.

    4. Place buns on paper liners on a tray. Cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.

    5. Steam buns on paper liners in a steamer basket for 10 to 12 minutes, or until buns have risen and are light and fluffy when opened. Spoon hot filling inside to serve.
