    Hy-Vee shredded lettuce
    Hot dog, grilled
    Taco-flavored chips, crushed
    Hy-Vee shredded Mexican blend cheese


    1. Sprinkle toasted hoagie with shredded lettuce. Place grilled hot dog in hoagie. Spoon on salsa; top with crushed chips and shredded Mexican blend cheese.
