|Hy-Vee Baking Stone hoagie, toasted|
|Hy-Vee shredded lettuce|
|Hot dog, grilled|
|Taco-flavored chips, crushed|
|Hy-Vee shredded Mexican blend cheese|
- Sprinkle toasted hoagie with shredded lettuce. Place grilled hot dog in hoagie. Spoon on salsa; top with crushed chips and shredded Mexican blend cheese.
