Directions
Prepare Bloody Rim: Combine raspberry gelatin and boiling water in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 15 seconds or until gelatin has dissolved. Immediately run the rim of a cocktail glass through the gelatin mixture allowing excess to drip down the sides of the glass. Set aside.
Shake the Cocktail: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add Bloody Simple Syrup, rum, and lemon juice to shaker. Shake until combined and chilled. Strain into prepared cocktail glass.
