    2 tbsp. fast-rising instant yeast
    8 c. all-purpose flour, divided
    ¾ c. ground flax seed
    ½ c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. lukewarm water

    Directions

    1. Mix together yeast, 1 cup flour and ground flax.
    2. In a separate large bowl, beat sugar, eggs and salt. Add water and stir. Add floux/yeast mixture to the liquid ingredients and beat until well-blended. Add remaining 7 cups flour.
    3. Knead dough. Let rise 15 minutes.
    4. Punch down and let rise again for 15 minutes.
    5. Punch down dough and form into buns. Place on greased baking sheet, allowing 2 inches between buns.
    6. Let rise 1 hour.
    7. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    8. Bake buns for 20 minutes.
    9. Remove from baking sheet and cool on a wire rack.
