1 medium onion, chopped | ||

2 c. white wine, divided | ||
1 (4 oz) can mushrooms, undrained | ||
1 tbsp. lemon juice | ||
1 tsp. nutmeg | ||
1 tsp. paprika | ||
½ tsp. pepper | ||
1 tsp. salt | ||
1 to 2 c. chopped cooked turkey | ||
½ c. flour | ||
1 c. milk | ||
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese | ||
4 c. prepared angel hair pasta |
Directions
- Saute onion and garlic in butter or oil.
- Add 1 cup wine, mushrooms with juice, and lemon juice. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Stir in nutmeg, paprika, pepper, salt and turkey.
- In separate bowl, whisk together flour and cold milk. Add flour/milk mixture and remaining 1 cup white wine to mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheese. Add cooked angel hair spaghetti and serve.
