|1||medium onion, chopped|
|2 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|2 tbsp.||butter or olive oil|
|2 c.||white wine, divided|
|1||(4 oz) can mushrooms, undrained|
|1 tbsp.||lemon juice|
|1||to 2 c. chopped cooked turkey|
|1 c.||grated Parmesan cheese|
|4 c.||prepared angel hair pasta|
- Saute onion and garlic in butter or oil.
- Add 1 cup wine, mushrooms with juice, and lemon juice. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Stir in nutmeg, paprika, pepper, salt and turkey.
- In separate bowl, whisk together flour and cold milk. Add flour/milk mixture and remaining 1 cup white wine to mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheese. Add cooked angel hair spaghetti and serve.
