    1medium onion, chopped
    2 clove(s)garlic, minced
    2 tbsp.butter or olive oil
    2 c.white wine, divided
    1(4 oz) can mushrooms, undrained
    1 tbsp.lemon juice
    1 tsp.nutmeg
    1 tsp.paprika
    ½ tsp.pepper
    1 tsp.salt
    1to 2 c. chopped cooked turkey
    ½ c.flour
    1 c.milk
    1 c.grated Parmesan cheese
    4 c.prepared angel hair pasta


    1. Saute onion and garlic in butter or oil.
    2. Add 1 cup wine, mushrooms with juice, and lemon juice. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Stir in nutmeg, paprika, pepper, salt and turkey.
    3. In separate bowl, whisk together flour and cold milk. Add flour/milk mixture and remaining 1 cup white wine to mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer until thickened.
    4. Remove from heat and stir in cheese. Add cooked angel hair spaghetti and serve.
