1 ½ lbs. turkey breast cutlets | ||
8 oz. sliced baby portabella mushrooms | ||
1 yellow onion, chopped | ||
2 (14.5 oz each) cans Hy-Vee Italian style diced tomatoes, drained |
Directions
- Heat oil in a large, deep skillet or Dutch oven and add turkey. Cook over medium-high heat for 4 minutes on each side. Remove turkey and set aside.
- Add mushrooms and onions to pan and cook for 4 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and place turkey back into pan. Reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
