1 (12 oz) package Hy-Vee chocolate chips
3 c. Hy-Vee sour cream, divided
1 (20 oz) package Hy-Vee tortillas for tacos and wraps
¼ c. Hy-Vee powdered sugar
1 square(s) semi-sweet chocolate, shaved into curls
1 pt. strawberries, washed and stemmed


  1. Melt chocolate chips; stir in 2 cups sour cream. Cool.
  2. Spread 1/3 cup chocolate mixture on 1 tortilla. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Stack tortillas on top of each other.
  3. Combine remaining cup of sour cream with powdered sugar and spread on top of last tortilla. Let stand overnight. Top with chocolate curls and strawberries.
