Servings and Ingredients
|1 (12 oz) package Hy-Vee chocolate chips|
|3 c. Hy-Vee sour cream, divided|
|1 (20 oz) package Hy-Vee tortillas for tacos and wraps|
|¼ c. Hy-Vee powdered sugar|
|1 square(s) semi-sweet chocolate, shaved into curls|
|1 pt. strawberries, washed and stemmed|
- Melt chocolate chips; stir in 2 cups sour cream. Cool.
- Spread 1/3 cup chocolate mixture on 1 tortilla. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Stack tortillas on top of each other.
- Combine remaining cup of sour cream with powdered sugar and spread on top of last tortilla. Let stand overnight. Top with chocolate curls and strawberries.
