Servings and Ingredients
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee dried thyme|
|2 tsp. minced garlic|
|2 tsp. brown sugar|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee cracked black peppercorns|
|¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt|
|3 tbsp. reduced balsamic vinegar*|
- In a small bowl, combine thyme, garlic, brown sugar, black peppercorns and salt. Rub on both sides of meat and grill as desired. Drizzle grilled meat with reduced balsamic vinegar.
- *To reduce balsamic vinegar, in small saucepan cook 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar over low heat until vinegar is syrupy and reduced to about 3 tablespoons.
