1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
1 tsp. cornstarch
4 large strawberries, washed and sliced
2 medium kiwis, peeled and diced
1 (11 oz) can Hy-Vee mandarin oranges, drained
2 medium unpeeled peaches, washed and sliced
1 c. halved red grapes
6 Hy-Vee flour burrito tortillas
½ c. cinnamon-and-brown sugar cream cheese

Directions

  1. Over medium heat, bring lime juice, sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, strawberries, kiwis, oranges, peaches, and grapes to a simmer for 60 seconds. Remove from heat.
  2. Heat tortillas in microwave on HIGH for 20 to 30 seconds.
  3. On one side of each tortilla, spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese around the entire outside edge of the tortilla. Place about 1/2 cup of fruit mixture in the center of each tortilla. Roll, cut and serve.
