    2 tbsp. pesto
    1 (12 oz) loaf focaccia bread, cut horizontally in half
    2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/2 pound total), grilled, sliced
    4 Kraft provolone cheese slices
    ¾ c. roasted red peppers
    1 (6 oz) jar artichoke hearts, drained, thinly sliced
    1 c. mixed salad greens

    Directions

    1. Mix mayo and pesto until blended; spread onto cut sides of bread.
    2. Fill with remaining ingredients.
    3. Cut into wedges.
    4. Substitution tips: Prepare using 24 slices Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh rotisserie seasoned chicken breast. Prepare using sun-dried tomato pesto instead of the traditional green pesto.
