Servings and Ingredients
|1 squash (butternut, acorn, etc.), cut in half and seeded|
|2 tbsp. oil|
|1 tsp. chili powder|
|¼ tsp. sea salt|
|1 tbsp. honey|
|2 tsp. hot water|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place squash in roasting pan.
- Whisk together oil, chili powder, sea salt, honey and hot water. Drizzle over squash.
- Roast until tender, 30 to 45 minutes.
