1 squash (butternut, acorn, etc.), cut in half and seeded
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. chili powder
¼ tsp. sea salt
1 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. hot water


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place squash in roasting pan.
  3. Whisk together oil, chili powder, sea salt, honey and hot water. Drizzle over squash.
  4. Roast until tender, 30 to 45 minutes.
