Directions
Cut off the squash stem; halve squash lengthwise and remove seeds. Peel squash and chop into 1-inch cubes. Toss together squash, olive oil, and salt. Spread on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with sage. Roast 45 to 50 minutes or until tender.
