    1 lbs. 90%-lean ground beef
    2 clove(s) garlic, minced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (14.5 oz) can Hy-Vee Italian-style diced tomatoes
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee Italian seasoning
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste
    2 c. Tinkyada brown rice penne pasta, prepared according to package directions

    Directions

    1. Combine ground beef, garlic and onion in a large skillet. Cook over medium heat until onions are tender, about 5 minutes.
    2. Stir in tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir in pasta.
