8 oz. Hy-Vee fettuccine | ||
2 c. Hy-Vee frozen mixed vegetables | ||
1 c. low-fat Alfredo sauce |
Directions
- In a large resealable plastic bag, pound chicken breasts to about ½ inch in thickness. Season chicken breasts with Italian seasoning and olive oil. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook seasoned chicken breasts about 6 minutes per side or until temperature reaches 165 degrees.
- Meanwhile, prepare fettuccine pasta according to package directions. Add frozen mixed vegetables to boiling pasta during the last 5 minutes of cooking. Drain. Stir in Alfredo sauce to pasta mixture. Serve cooked chicken breasts over pasta mixture.
