    4 (4 oz each) salmon fillets
    ½ c. shredded cucumber
    ¼ c. fat-free sour cream
    ¼ c. fat free plain Greek yogurt
    ½ tsp. dry dill weed
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
    2. Place salmon fillets skin-side-down on a well-greased baking sheet. Bake until salmon flakes easily with a fork, about 15 minutes.
    3. When salmon is finished, plate immediately, season with salt and pepper, and top with cucumber-dill sauce.
