Salmon Fillets with Orange Citrus Sauce
Warm buttery oven-baked salmon is served with a warm orange citrus glaze.
Servings and Ingredients
|4 (4-oz. each) salmon fillets|
|2 tsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil|
|1 clove(s) garlic, minced|
|⅓ c. green onion, chopped|
|2 tbsp. Hy-Vee orange marmalade|
|1 tbsp. Hy-Vee orange juice|
|Hy-Vee salt, to taste|
|Hy-Vee ground black pepper, to taste|

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork (145 degrees).
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat oil. Add garlic and green onion; sauté 2 to 3 minutes until soft. Stir in marmalade, orange juice, salt and pepper. Heat over low heat to keep warm.
Serve salmon with orange glaze.
