6 slice(s) Hy-Vee whole wheat bread | ||
1 (14.75 oz) can Hy-Vee cream-style golden corn | ||
1 small onion, chopped | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter, melted |
Directions
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown pork chops and place in a baking dish.
- Tear bread into small pieces and place in a large bowl. Stir in corn, onion and butter. Mound about 1 cup on top of each pork chop.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until dressing is light brown and crispy.
