    4 bone-in pork chops (about 2 pounds)
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper
    6 slice(s) Hy-Vee whole wheat bread
    1 (14.75 oz) can Hy-Vee cream-style golden corn
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter, melted

    Directions

    1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown pork chops and place in a baking dish.
    2. Tear bread into small pieces and place in a large bowl. Stir in corn, onion and butter. Mound about 1 cup on top of each pork chop.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until dressing is light brown and crispy.
