    1 ⅓ c. uncooked Hy-Vee instant rice
    1 c. Hy-Vee orange juice
    6 (4 oz each) lean boneless pork chops
    1 (14.5 oz) can Hy-Vee reduced-sodium chicken broth

    Directions

    1. Combine rice and orange juice in a 13-by-9-inch baking dish.
    2. Brown pork chops in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and place on top of rice. Pour chicken broth evenly over top of pork chops and rice.
    3. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for 10 additional minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
