    1 (14.5 oz) package Hy-Vee ALA omega-3 penne pasta
    2 (6 oz each) cans tuna in olive oil, drained, liquid reserved
    6 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
    ½ pt. small cherry or grape tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    Coarse salt and black pepper
    ⅓ c. chopped flat-leaf parsley
    20 leaves fresh basil leaves, shredded
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese

    Directions

    1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
    2. Heat a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Add reserved liquid from tuna and garlic to the pan; cook 1 minute. Stir in tuna. Let the tuna sit in the oil 5 to 10 minutes.
    3. Increase heat to medium-high; add tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the tomatoes through, 2 minutes. Stir in pasta, parsley, basil and cheese.
