½ c. margarine, softened | ||
1 c. brown sugar | ||
2 c. flour | ||
5 eggs | ||
1 c. dark corn syrup | ||
¾ c. granulated sugar | ||
1 c. broken pecans | ||
1 tsp. vanilla | ||

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine butter, margarine, brown sugar and flour until crumbly. Pat into 9-by-13-inch pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Reduce oven temperature to 275 degrees.
- Whisk together eggs, corn syrup, sugar, pecans, vanilla and salt. Pour over partially-baked crust.
- Bake 50 minutes. Cool before cutting into bars.
