    2 medium fresh peaches, pitted and sliced thinly
    ¼ c. water
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    4 frozen Hy-Vee waffles
    1 c. Hy-Vee whipped topping, thawed, divided

      Directions

      1. In a medium saucepan, combine peaches, water and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
      2. Meanwhile, cook waffles according to package directions.
      3. Top each waffle with about 1/2 cup peach topping and 1/4 cup whipped topping.
      4. Serve warm.
