Pear Berry Morning Crisp
Servings and Ingredients
|4 c. thinly sliced pears, unpeeled|
|2 c. Hy-Vee frozen blueberries|
|¾ c. Hy-Vee packed brown sugar, divided|
|¼ c. Hy-Vee frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed|
|¼ c. Hy-Vee flour, divided|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla|
|1 c. uncooked Hy-Vee old-fashioned oats|
|⅓ c. Hy-Vee margarine, melted|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- For filling, combine pears, blueberries, 1/4 cup brown sugar, orange juice, 2 tablespoons flour and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Stir until fruit is evenly coated. Divide evenly among 6 oven-safe custard cups.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine oats, 1/2 cup brown sugar, margarine and 2 tablespoons flour. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over fruit.
- Place the 6 custard cups on a baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until pears are tender. Serve warm.
