    4 c. thinly sliced pears, unpeeled
    2 c. Hy-Vee frozen blueberries
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee packed brown sugar, divided
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee flour, divided
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla
    1 c. uncooked Hy-Vee old-fashioned oats
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee margarine, melted

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. For filling, combine pears, blueberries, 1/4 cup brown sugar, orange juice, 2 tablespoons flour and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Stir until fruit is evenly coated. Divide evenly among 6 oven-safe custard cups.
    3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine oats, 1/2 cup brown sugar, margarine and 2 tablespoons flour. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over fruit.
    4. Place the 6 custard cups on a baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until pears are tender. Serve warm.
