Directions
- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine orange juice, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic and orange zest, shaking to mix. Add chicken breasts, seal bag tightly and shake evenly coat chicken. Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes to 2 hours, flipping bag a couple times to evenly coat chicken.
- Heat a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking to medium heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Sprinkle chicken with poultry powder rub.
- Grill chicken, 2 to 3 minutes per side or until temperature of chicken reaches 165 degrees. Top with additional orange zest before serving, if desired.
