    1 tbsp.orange zest
    2 tbsp.fresh-squeezed orange juice
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee seasoned salt
    1 dash(es)cayenne pepper
    ½ c.Hy-Vee dried cranberries
    ¼ c.Hy-Vee pecan pieces
    2 tbsp.shallots, diced
    4Hy-Vee multigrain tortillas
    2(6-oz. each) pkg.s Hy-Vee oven roasted chicken breast strips
    ½ c.red bell pepper, seeded and diced
    1 c.Hy-Vee shredded lettuce

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, orange zest, orange juice, seasoned salt and cayenne pepper. Fold in cranberries, pecans and shallots.

    2. Spread down the center of each tortilla. Top each tortilla with chicken, bell pepper and lettuce. Roll into a wrap and cut diagonally in half.
