    1(32 oz) bag Hy-Vee Select Normandy blend vegetables
    1 c.sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 c.Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese
    1 c.Hy-Vee butter, melted
    ½ c.Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese
    1 ⅓ c.Hy-Vee seasoned bread crumbs
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee ground mustard

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 inches of water to a boil. Add vegetables and mushrooms. Cover. Cook for 5 minutes. Drain.
    3. Stir together vegetables and shredded cheese. Pour into a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
    4. In a medium bowl, stir together butter, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and mustard.
    5. Sprinkle mixture over vegetables. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheddar cheese is melted and top is golden.
