    1 ½ lbs. ground pork
    1 (1.25 oz) envelope dry taco seasoning
    1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee chili beans
    1 (14.5 oz) can Hy-Vee stewed tomatoes
    1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee tomato sauce
    1 small pkg Hy-Vee corn chips
    1 (16 oz) pkg Hy-Vee shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (16 oz) can Hy-Vee black olives, drained and sliced
    sour cream, optional
    jalapeno peppers, optional

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
    2. Brown ground pork. Drain. Stir in taco seasoning, chili beans, tomatoes and tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Transfer to a 13-by-9-inch baking dish.
    3. Top with corn chips, cheese and olives.
    4. Bake for 30 minutes.
    5. Serve with sour cream and jalapeno peppers, if desired.
