1 (1.25 oz) envelope dry taco seasoning | ||
1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee chili beans | ||
1 (14.5 oz) can Hy-Vee stewed tomatoes | ||
1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee tomato sauce | ||
1 small pkg Hy-Vee corn chips | ||
1 (16 oz) pkg Hy-Vee shredded Cheddar cheese | ||
1 (16 oz) can Hy-Vee black olives, drained and sliced | ||
sour cream, optional | ||
jalapeno peppers, optional |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Brown ground pork. Drain. Stir in taco seasoning, chili beans, tomatoes and tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Transfer to a 13-by-9-inch baking dish.
- Top with corn chips, cheese and olives.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve with sour cream and jalapeno peppers, if desired.
