    6 pork chops
    8 c. Mr. Dell's hashbrown potatoes
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
    ½ c. shredded cheddar cheese

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Fry pork chops for 5 minutes on each side. Set aside.
    3. Brown potatoes and place in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
    4. Cut chops into bite-size pieces and place on potatoes.
    5. Layer onion over pork chops.
    6. Spread soup over onion and top with cheese.
    7. Bake for 25 minutes.
