|6 (4 oz each) lean boneless pork chops|
|1 (10.5 oz) can Hy-Vee Healthy Recipe cream of mushroom soup|
|½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk|
|½ c. Hy-Vee light sour cream|
|¼ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper|
|4 c. thawed Hy-Vee country-style shredded hash brown potatoes|
|1 c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese, divided|
|1 c. Hy-Vee crispy onions, divided|
- Brown pork chops in a large non-stick skillet, about 3 minutes per side. Set aside.
- Whisk together soup, milk, sour cream and black pepper. Fold in hash brown potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup onions. Spread in a lightly greased 13-by-9-inch baking dish. Arrange pork chops on top.
- Cover pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered, for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
