    Servings and Ingredients

    Ingredients
    Serves 16
    QuantityIngredientAdd
    ¾ c. pure maple syrup
    2 c. puffed wheat cereal
    2 c. oat rings cereal
    2 c. oat squares cereal
    1 c. Roasted Soy Nuts
    1 c. dry TSP
    1 c. raisins

    Directions

    1. In 2-quart microwave dish, heat maple syrup, uncovered, on full power for 5 minutes.
    2. Meanwhile, combine puffed wheat cereal, oat rings cereal, oat squares cereal, Roasted Soy Nuts and TSP in large mixing bowl.
    3. When the syrup is ready, remove carefully from the microwave (as it will be very hot) and pour syrup over cereal mix. Stir quickly to coat everything well.
    4. Cook coated mixture in the microwave on full power for 3 minutes. Remove and spread on 2 nonstick baking sheets to cool.
    5. When cool, gently break up mixture. If it is too sticky, place about 1/3 of the mixture at a time on a microwavable plate and heat at full power for 1 to 2 minutes. Then cool and break up again.
    6. Stir in the raisins and store in an airtight container.
