¾ c. pure maple syrup | ||
2 c. puffed wheat cereal | ||
2 c. oat rings cereal | ||
2 c. oat squares cereal | ||
1 c. Roasted Soy Nuts | ||
1 c. dry TSP | ||
1 c. raisins |
Directions
- In 2-quart microwave dish, heat maple syrup, uncovered, on full power for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine puffed wheat cereal, oat rings cereal, oat squares cereal, Roasted Soy Nuts and TSP in large mixing bowl.
- When the syrup is ready, remove carefully from the microwave (as it will be very hot) and pour syrup over cereal mix. Stir quickly to coat everything well.
- Cook coated mixture in the microwave on full power for 3 minutes. Remove and spread on 2 nonstick baking sheets to cool.
- When cool, gently break up mixture. If it is too sticky, place about 1/3 of the mixture at a time on a microwavable plate and heat at full power for 1 to 2 minutes. Then cool and break up again.
- Stir in the raisins and store in an airtight container.
