Caramel Fruit Crunch
Servings and Ingredients
|3 c. Hy-Vee Marshmallow Treasures cereal|
|1 c. Hy-Vee dried mixed berries|
|¾ c. Hy-Vee lightly salted peanuts|
|24 Hy-Vee caramels, unwrapped|
|¼ c. Hy-Vee butter|
|¾ c. Hy-Vee powdered sugar|
- Combine cereal, dried mixed berries and peanuts in a large bowl; set aside.
- Melt caramels and butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture is smooth. Immediately pour over cereal mixture; toss to coat evenly.
- Place powdered sugar in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour caramel-coated cereal into bag. Close bag and toss to coat evenly. Spread onto waxed paper to cool. Store in a tightly covered container.
