1 (18.25 oz) pkg lemon cake mix
¾ c. plus 1/3 cup oil, divided
¾ c. water
4 eggs
⅓ c. orange juice
2 c. powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Mix lemon cake mix, 3/4 cup oil, water and eggs. Pour into greased 9-by-13-inch cake pan. Bake according to package directions.
  2. While cake is still warm, poke 12 holes in cake with a wooden spoon end or straw.
  3. Mix remaining 1/3 cup oil, orange juice and powdered sugar. Pour over cake while still warm.
