Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 8x4x1/2-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Prepare cake mix according to package directions, except reduce water to 1/2 cup and do not beat. Toss blueberries with flour. Stir berries and thyme into cake batter. Pour mixture into prepared pan; bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean; let cool.
