    Things To Grab

    • Large bowl
    • Food processor
    • Large skillet
    • Aluminum foil

    1. Combine ground lamb and tzatziki dressing in a large bowl; do not overmix. Form mixture into 9 (2-1/2-inch) patties. Cover and let patties stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.

    2. Meanwhile, for whipped feta, placed yogurt and feta in a food processor. Cover and process on low until smooth. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil; cover and process until combined. Set feta mixture aside.

    3. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add patties; cook for 4 to 6 minutes or until patties reach 165 degrees, turning halfway through. Transfer the patties to a plate; loosely cover with foil and let stand for 3 minutes.

    4. To serve, place patties on bun bottoms; top with whipped feta and roasted peppers. Garnish with smoked paprika and dill. Place remaining buns on top of sandwich.
